Job description:

- Respond to all inquiries and lead, handle initial inquiries in efficient manner and consistently follow-up with appropriate materials to maintain strong customer relationship;

- Prepare proposals for clients and maintain well-organized event records;

- Build and maintain working relationships with internal and external partners, and leverage these relationships to deliver innovative and memorable events;

- Pursue new market opportunities to increase event sales;

- Work with clients to evaluate their event needs, be creative in reviewing and customizing menu, programs, and experience to suit clients’ needs without compromising Hum’s concept and standards;

- Communicate clearly of Hum’s concept and standards to clients and partner to reach a thorough understanding between parties during the event negotiating and organizing process;

- Review agreements and facilitates communication before, during and post event with internal team to ensure a high level of service provided;

- Offer a pleasure and memorable experience by expressing warm, courteous, prompt and efficient manner to clients;

- Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary.

Job requirements:

- At least 2 years experienced in sales, events organization;

- Excellent selling capabilities, organizational and planning skills & leadership skills;

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Fluency in English
