• Receive and gather information on vacancies from departments;
• Be responsible for job posting on media sources;
• Screen CV; contact candidates for an interview;
• Schedule suitable time for HOD to interview;
• Follow up with standardized recruiting company’s process;
• Welcome newcomers with a friendly, professionally induction;
• Support HR & Admin organize internal training and events;
• Do other assigned tasks as requested.
• Good at communication, negotiation skill;
• Customer service orientation;
• Good computer skills;
• Good at English communication.
