• Manage daily restaurant operations and assists servants and hosts on the floor during peak hours.
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues according to company standards;
• Continually improve guest and associate satisfaction adhere to company mission and vision
• Maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility, and propose efficient strategies to achieve sales goal and stay within the budget.
• Maintain restaurant sanitation standards.
• Determines training needed for staff to accomplish goals.
• Follow all company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to BOD,
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
- At least 3-year experience in relevant position from professional environment;
- Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese;
- Excellent management, Communication and Interpersonal skills;
- Experienced in planning business development , controlling cost and service quality;
- Problem solving and decision making skills;
- Good computer skills.
