- Manage and be responsible for overall F&B operations;
- Develop and implement business development plans for restaurants /outlets to achieve target revenue and maximize business profit;
- Maximize all business opportunities to drive sales;
- Effectively develop, manage and lead the F&B team to provide excellent service;
- Quickly identify customer needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns;
- Ensure the highest standards of F&B service;
- Maintain Health & Safety and also hygiene procedures & standards;
- Responsible for recruiting, training & developing F&B staff.
- At least 5-year experience in relevant position from professional environment;
- Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese;
- Excellent management skill;
- Experienced in planning business development , controlling cost and service quality;
- Problem solving and decision making skills;
- Good computer skills.
