In charge of general operations of the store, motivating staff to increase sales and ensure efficiency to maximize profits while minimizing costs.
In charge of all store operational management responsibilities;
Managing sales and marketing plans and activities to increase sales and attract customers
Building and maintaining solid customer relationship at all times; - Responsible for customer service policies and all store procedures; - Maintaining the attractiveness of the display, decoration of the store;
Monitoring product deliveries and inventories;
Closely coordinating with Accounting Dept. in following-up orders, payment process and debt collection of sales;
Training and developing the team and monitoring staff performance.
At least 02 year – experience in sales, distribution, customer service and store management is preferable;
Passion in health-related products and service industry;
Good communication, negotiation and management skills;
Good computer skills;
Proficiency in communication skills (both Vietnamese and English).
